To ensure you don't incur a no-show fee, it is important to contact your therapist the day before your appointment. You can do this by either emailing or texting them. Additionally, if you need to reschedule, you have the option to do so within a week to avoid the fee.

Generally no, you can pay the out of pocket costs for consultation however for the use of insurance there are regulations that could prevent you from using insurance

If you pay out of pocket I can provide you a superbill to send to your insurance, however I can not guarantee they will reimburse you.

Generally a mental health clinic is a better fit for someone with a more intense mental illness that requires a team to help them so I will refer individuals to a clinic if they need more intensive services"
